Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas received Friday Jordan's Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh to discuss the latest Palestinian developments.
The meeting, held at Abbas' residence in Amman, tackled a Palestinian draft resolution submitted to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), calling for peace between Israel and the Palestinians within one year and an end to Israel's occupation of the West Bank by the end of 2017.
Jordan has formally submitted the draft resolution as the only Arab state member at the UNSC current session.
