Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met here Thursday with Egypt's Ambassador to Palestine Wael Nasr el-Din Attia.
The Egyptian ambassador conveyed condolences of Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Egyptian people and government to Abbas and the Palestinian nation over the killing of Head of Popular Committee Against the Settlement and Apartheid, Minister Ziad Abu Ein.
Ziad Abu Ein was killed by Israeli soldiers Wednesday, during a peaceful activity of planting olive trees on Palestinian land threatened by Israeli occupation confiscation, in Turmus'ayya village North Ramallah West Bank.
