Acting National Assembly Speaker Ahmad Lari on Tuesday congratulated His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the 54th anniversary of the National Day and the 24th anniversary of the Liberation Day.
Lari, in a press statement, wished His Highness the Amir everlasting wellbeing, and Kuwait security, stability and prosperity.
He also thanked the Kuwaiti people for effectively participating in the country's national occasions by decorating their houses and suburbs, and hailed all state bodies for organizing national festivals.
