All land terminals, ports and the airport of Aden have been closed.

Security authorities are on high alert and reinforcement troops have been dispatched to the city to protect it against any attacks by armed militias.
The troops have been deployed outside government and oil facilities in anticipation of any public escalation in protest at the unfortunate developments in the capital, Sanaa.
