Interim President Adly Mansour has issued a presidential decree amending some articles of Law No 232/1959 and Law No 71/1975 on organization and specializations of judicial commissions of the Armed Forces. The decree establishes second-degree military courts that allow challenging military court rulings in accordance with Article no 202 of the amended constitution.
