The administrative court has upheld a previous ruling banning businessman Ahmed Ezz from running in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
On Tuesday, the court overruled the lawsuit filed by Ezz to challenge the previous ruling.
Ezz is banned from running in the parliamentary polls because he does not meet the terms set by the High Election Commission (HEC).
He has no bank account indicating the exact sum allocated for electoral campaigns and has not submitted a financial statement.
