Al Azhar has condemned a terrorist attack that targeted a police vehicle on Cairo-Fayyoum Road, leaving a police conscript dead and three others injured.

Such crimes targeting police and army men are in contradiction with the teachings of Islam that forbid murder and destruction.

Al Azhar condoled with the families of the dead conscript, identified as Mohamed el Sayyed Abdel Aal.

The injured policemen are Sayyed Ahmed, Hamada Dahy and Hassan Thabet.
