Al Azhar University strongly condemned the terrorist attack that took place in front of the national security building in Shubra el Kheima.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the Head of Al Azhar University Abdel Hai Azab underlined that the bloody extremist groups propagate for malicious ideas.

He further called on the Egyptian people to unite, adding that they should cooperate with the security forces to preserve the homeland.

Azab warned from betraying the homeland by joining a terrorist group which is a great sin because there is nothing worse than attacking civilians and intimidating them.
