Arab League (AL) Secretary General Nabil el Araby will meet Lebanese Prime Minister Tamam Salam on Wednesday.

Talks will take up the latest developments in the region, with focus on conditions of Syrian refugees in Lebanon.

Araby and Salam will also discuss ways to help the Lebanese government cope with the increasing number of Syrian refugees.

They will also talk about efforts to counter terrorism.
