Iraqi Parliament Speaker Salim Al Jabouri called on Iraqis to return to their homes in the northern province of Diyala which has been seized from Daesh.

"All Diyala residents must help prevent the return of terrorism," he told local officials.

The people of Diyala have paid a high price for its liberation," Jabouri, who was visiting the province, said.
