Alexandria port received Tuesday 248 Egyptians fleeing from Libya through the Tunisian borders.
They were brought back to Egypt on board of a ship and their check-in procedures were finalized quickly.
Thousands of Egyptians have already fled Libya since the escalation of violence among rival militias in several cities.
