Algeria’s President Abdelaziz Bouteflika sent on Friday a cable of condolences to the Saudi Royal family over the death of King Abdullah bin Abdel Aziz, who died Friday.
The late king devoted his life for the service of Islam and Muslims, Boutaflika said.
He hailed the king as a man of thorough vision whose stances toward the Arab world will always be remembered.
Earlier in the day, the president also declared a three-day mourning across the country, following the death of the Saudi King.
