The Spokesman of the Armed Forces Colonel Al-Sawarmy Khalid Saad has denied Sudan support to the rebels of the State of South Sudan with any weapons.
He affirmed that the visit of Dr. Riek Macher to Sudan recently was in the context of Sudan role as a mediator between the struggling parties in the State of South Sudan.
He said, in statement to SUNA, that Sudan received, within the same context, similar visits from President of South Sudan and his Minister of Defence, explaining that all these stances indicated that Sudan does not support any party at the account of the other.
