Cairo - MENA
Former Arab League secretary general Amr Moussa called for the need to restructure all institutions in Egypt, pointing out that Egypt has not given enough attention lately to competitiveness. Addressing the 9th annual conference of the Egyptian National Competitiveness Council (ENCC) here on Sunday, Moussa said mismanagement is the main reason behind Egypt's regress. Revolutions broke out due to accumulative violations, lack of human investment and mismanagement, he said, stressing that the greatest investment to the nation begins with that of humans through providing better education in all fields. The coming president should have great management skills and adopt competitive concepts, he said.
