Former secretary general of the Arab League and head of the fifty-member committee that drafted the constitution Amr Moussa said he was optimistic about the current House of Representatives.

Speaking to reporters following a meeting with parliament speaker Ali Abdel Aal on Monday, Moussa said the parliament will exercise its legislative and supervisory powers in the highest possible form.
