UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Goodwill Ambassador Angelina Jolie arrived on Monday in Beirut, local media reported.

She is scheduled to visit a number of Syrian refugee camps, marking the fifth year of Syria's war.

Jolie was greeted at the airport by Foreign Ministry Protocol Department Head Ambassador Mira Daher and UNHCR representatives.
