Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a presidential decree approing an agreement between Egypt and the US concerning a project that aims to support social safety nets.

The presidential decree was published in the Gazette out Thursday.

The World Bank is providing 400 million dollars to Egypt to establish "Solidarity and Dignity" program for financial aid.

The loan will help in developing systems and procedures needed to enhance social units in Social Solidarity Ministry as well as training its staff to implement the program.
