The Arab Boycott of Israel office has proven effective in compelling international companies to avoid dealing with Israel and send warnings to them, affirmed the Palestine mission at the Arab League. 

In a statement Monday, the Palestinian mission extended thanks and appreciation to the office of the Arab Boycott of Israel, which adopted in its last conference a number of recommendations to put groups of international companies which deal with the Israeli occupation on the list of boycott. 

Among the recommendations also is asking the British-Danish security company G4S to stop dealing with the Israeli occupation system in security sphere and urging the Arab countries to find alternatives to this company and its products, added the statement. 

These recommendations contributed to forcing the company to announce its intention to shut down all its offices in Israel, added the statement.
