Cairo - Arab Today
The Arab League Council, on the level of Permanent Representatives, denounced an Israeli government decision to relocate its culture and sports ministry HQs to the occupied Al Quds.
Concluding its 44th session under the UAE, the council reiterated its stance rejecting all Israeli violations against Al Aqsa Mosque.
A relevant draft resolution, to be referred to the Arab Foreign Ministers Council meeting on Sunday, called on the UN Security Council to shoulder responsibility towards stabilizing international peace and security.
It also urged the international body to take all necessary steps forcing Israel to act in compliance with its resolutions, especially resolution no. 252 that stipulates "any Israeli measures in the occupied al-Quds would be deemed null and void."
