The Arab Lawyers Union (ALU) thanked on Wednesday President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for his apology for all Egyptian lawyers.

ALU Secretary General Abdel Latif Bouachrine called for protecting lawyers and allowing them to practice their profession under the umbrella of law.

President Sisi apologized on Sunday for all Egyptian lawyers after an incident in which a police officer insulted a lawyer last week.
