Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby condemned the terror attack that occurred outside the Italian consulate in downtown Cairo on Saturday.

The Arab League fully supports Egyptian efforts to chase and arrest the attackers and bring them to justice, Araby said.

He offered condolences to the Egyptian government and people over the attack.

The explosion left one person dead and nine others injured according to official reports.
