Arab League chief Nabil el Araby has received an official invitation from Kuwait to attend the third donors conference to raise funds for UN humanitarian operations in war-torn Syria.
The Gulf nation is to host the conference on March 31.
Kuwait has hosted such conferences in the past two years which saw pledges of around $4 billion in aid, including $800 million from Kuwait.
