The issue of Palestinian refugees is related to Arab national security that cannot be tampered with, Arab League (AL) Assistant Secretary-General Saeed Abo Ali said on Sunday.

Speaking at a coordination meeting in Jordan, Abo Ali called on Arab countries to coordinate efforts to solve the Palestinian issue.

Delegations from Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine attended the meeting.

Abo Ali said the meeting was necessary to solve the issue of Palestinian refugees.
