Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Nabil el Araby met Monday with Chief Palestinian Negotiator Saeb Erekat, member of the executive committee of the Palestinian Liberation Movement.

They discussed the latest developments of the negotiations taking place between Palestine and Israel over establishing a permanent ceasefire in Gaza. Erekat is set to present el Araby with a detailed report on the progress of negotiations.
The meeting was el Araby’s latest prior to the emergency meeting set to be held by the Arab League today to discuss ending Israel’s attack on Syria.
