Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby has called for a meeting of counter-terrorism officials in Arab ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defense, Interior and Justice.

The invitation comes in order to unify anti-terrorism joint efforts and visions. 

During his opening speech at the Arab interior ministers 33rd session, Araby underlined the importance of inter-Arab cooperation at the security level.

He also urges rallying efforts in order to fight terrorism threatening Arab nations. 

The Arab interior ministers 33rd session is currently held in Tunisia, under the auspices of Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi.
