Head of Arab Parliament Ahmed bin Mohamed Al-Jarwan has strongly condemned the storming of the UAE embassy by the Houthi militants in Sanaa late on Monday.

This criminal act is a flagrant violation of the norms of international law, Al-Jarwan said in a statement on Monday.

He called for bringing perpetrators of the act to justice and accountability.

"Such acts will not prevent the Arab people and coalition from continuing support for the Yemeni people," he added.
