President of the Arab Parliament Ahmad al-Jarwan is due to take part in the second annual World Human Rights Forum (WHRF) in the Moroccan city of Marrakesh on Thursday.
The four-day forum, which will group human rights groups and international organizations, seeks to create a space to openly discuss the most significant human rights issues facing Arab and Western societies, a statement by the parliament said.
