Arab Parliament Speaker Ahmad al-Jarwan

Arab Parliament Speaker Ahmad AlJarwan lauded villagence and outstanding performance of Saudi security agencies for dismantling terrorist cells affiliated with the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant and arrested 431 ISIL militants.

In a press statement, AlJarwan said that the Saudi security personnel heroes, who are defending their homeland security and stability with their own lives, have managed to deter mischiefous people who try to destablitize the Kingdom and drive a wedge among its citizens.
Extremist and terrorist groups have gone ideologically and militarily bankrupt and the public became aware of their backward malicious schemes, so they are trying to carry out random attacks in search for media victory, the Arab top lawmaker said.

He underlined that Saudi and Arab security agencies would track them down to stop their violent acts against civilians and to put an end to their very existence.
Earlier, the Saudi Interior Ministry said it foiled planned terrorist attacks that would have hit various parts of the Kingdom, and arrested 431 suspects of different nationalities, linked to ISIL organization.

The suspects were divided into three working groups, each with a special task to instigate chaos and sectarian sedition in the Kingdom.
Saudi security bodies have found documents, communication devices, explosive materials, arms and ammunition smuggled from abroad, the ministry said.
It noted that up to 37 security men and citizens were killed in the operations against the ISIL cells, while 120 others were wounded.
