The Arab Parliament's committees wrapped up meetings on Saturday in preparation for the sixth session of the pan-Arab body which kicks off on Sunday.
The four committees discussed the latest developments in the region, Iranian occupation to UAE's islands and the conditions in Syria, Palestine and Yemen.
The Committee on Economic and Financial Affairs, chaired by Abdulla bin Ali Al Mneef, discussed a report on Arab states' economy and a work plan set for the next legislative meeting.
Also, the meetings of the committees covered measures adopted to address terrorist organizations and enhance the empowerment of women.
