The Arab summit welcomed the success achieved in the Somali national reconciliation and the building of the state's institutions.
The summit also welcomed the improvement of the security situation in Somalia, lauding the role of the African Union there.
It condemned the violent attacks by al Shabaab group against the Somali people and government.
