The Arab tribes council hailed the strength of relations between Egypt and France.

In statements Tuesday, council deputy chairman Alam el Khouli praised French President Francois Hollande’s visit of Egypt and the agreements the two countries had signed during the visit.

Such important visits will stand against bids by some powers to isolate Egypt from European countries and the world, he said.

The French president’s visit sends a message to world countries about the importance of Egypt in the Middle East as a main player in the region, he added.
