Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Arabi left here on Monday for Tunisia to take part in the eighth meeting of Libya neighboring countries, due to kick off later on the day.

The meeting will discuss the latest developments in Libya, the political situation, arrangements for a political agreement, the formation of the Libyan government and the security situation.
