Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby discussed Monday with his assistants a request by the permanent envoy to Yemen to put off an emergency meeting of the AL at the ministerial level that was due Wednesday.
In statements, Araby said that he insists on holding an AL meeting on Yemen even if it is held at the level of the envoys instead on ministers.
