Director of Political Affairs for the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in Damascus Anwar Abdel Hadi posted on Wednesday Arab League (AL) Secretary General Nabil el Araby with the miserable conditions of the Palestinian refugees in Syria.

In statements after meeting el Araby, Abdel Hadi said that the get-together tackled the conditions of the refugees especially in Yarmouk camp, adding that some of them migrate via the sea where they might die.

He further discussed with the AL chief contacts by leaders of the PLO to protect the Palestinian refugees in the Syrian camps.

El Araby stressed his support for the decisions made by the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to protect the refugees from the conflict taking place there.
