Defense Minister Sedqi Sobhi sent on Monday a congratulatory cable to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on the occasion of the 10th of Ramadan Victory anniversary.
He reiterated army commitment to shoulder its responsibilities in defending homeland and preserving its integrity.
Army chief of Staff Mahmoud Hegazi also sent a similar cable to Sisi.
