Aswan police have arrested a Muslim Brotherhood member who had explosive charges on him.
Abdullah Yassin Mohamed, 21, intended to use the bombs in sabotage acts.
He admitted to joining the terrorist group and to manufacturing bombs in cooperation with his 44-year-old brother, an MB member himself.
All legal measures have been taken against the detainee.
An investigation has been launched.
