An attempt to smuggle 12 GPS navigation devices and 91 spy watches was foiled on Wednesday at Cairo international airport.

The confiscated items were found inside the luggage of an Egyptian passenger coming from Istanbul, Turkey.

The public prosecution was notified to launch a probe.
