Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa has slammed the terrorist acts targeting security and military bases in North Sinai, leaving dozens dead and wounded on Thursday night.
"The acts of enemies of the religion and the nation to destabilize the security are incompatible with all religious and national values," Gomaa said on statement on Friday.
He warned of sleeper cells who provide coverage for the movement of the terrorist group and seek to destabilize the country.
He called for Arab unity to exercise pressure on countries that provide harbor for terrorist groups.
