Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomma decided to increase the ministry's publications of religious and cultural books at nominal prices to fight extremism and spread the moderate Islam ideas.
A ministry's statement on Tuesday added that large part of its publications would focus on youth issues in religion, thought and culture fields.
The statement added the decision aims to correct wrong concepts among young people.
