Awqaf ministry on Saturday opened the way for regularization of Kuttabs (schools for memorization of Qura'n). 

The accreditation would be granted to those Kuttabs that abide by applicable terms and condition provided by the ministry, said the ministry in a statement. 

The move was taken to exclude Kuttabs run by unqualified teachers to perform such a holy duty, the statement added. 

Formation of the younger generations' minds is a holy mission and a national security assignment, the statement concluded.
