Azhar castigated at statements carried in the media inciting racism against Muslims in the US.

In a statement Wednesday, Azhar urged halting such racism calls which are provocative to 1.5 billion Muslims worldwide.

Azhar cautioned that such calls would ratchet up hatred in communities.
