Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed al-Khalifa

BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa paid a visit yesterday to Saudi Arabia to extend condolences on the demise of late Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
He extended condolences to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second-in-Line to the Throne, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior Prince Mohammed bin Nayef Al Saud and members of the royal family.
The BDF Commander-in-Chief recalled with appreciation and gratitude the honourable stances of late King Abdullah towards Bahrain, stressing that they will always remain engraved in the hearts and minds of all Bahrainis. He also paid homage to the late Saudi monarch for his remarkable role in serving Arab and Islamic issues. He wished Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud every success in leading Saudi Arabia to more progress and prosperity.
The BDF Commander-in-Chief was accompanied by Royal Bahrain Air Force (RBAF) Commander Air Vice-Marshal Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Royal Bahrain Naval Force (RBNF) Commander Commodore Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and BDF senior officers.
