His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Prime Minister also sent two similar cables to Kuwaiti Crown Prince HH Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmed Al-Jabir Al-Sabah and Prime Minister HH Sheikh Jabir Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah
