His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Law 31/2014 amending some provisions of the Labour Law for the Private Sector issued by Law 36/2012.
Clause 1 of the new law stipulates the rescinding of the expression "The trade union specified by the Minister" and its replacement with the expression "The General Federation of Bahrain Workers Trade Union " wherever mentioned in the Labour Law for the Private Sector issued by Law 36/2012.
