His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya palace today, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, a number of ministers and senior state officials.
HRH Premier reviewed the progress of national work in various development fields, affirming that the kingdom will embark on a new phase of political, economic and social work amid regional and global challenges, which, he asserted, should be faced with determination and resolve in order to maintain Bahrain's leading position in all fields.
He pointed out that many development projects will be implemented so as to reflect positively on the citizens' daily life and ensure steady progress in the economic and service fields, stressing that such programmes will be evaluated and reviewed periodically.
HRH Premier and HRH the Crown Prince highlighted the government's efforts to create new ways that ensure increasing economic growth and paving the way for diversifying the sectors that contribute to the comprehensive development march, witnessed by the kingdom during His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
