Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh sent a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim on Kuwait's 54th National Day and 24th Liberation Day, extending heartfelt greetings to the Kuwaiti people.
Al-Saleh lauded the advanced level of bilateral cooperation in the parliamentary field, affirming the keenness on promoting parliamentary relations to serve the best interests of both countries.
He wished Kuwait and its people further progress and prosperity under its leadership.
He sent a similar cable to the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Bahrain Shaikh Azzam bin Mubarak Al Sabah.
