Beheira Governor Mohammad Sultan has ordered the evacuation of a house that was cracked by the explosion of a fruit storage cooler in Mahmoudiya city, said Media Spokesman of Beheira Governorate Wahdan el Sayyed.

The governor is following up the conditions of the injured and ordered an interrogation to know the reasons behind the explosion.

Gas leakage from the cooler caused the explosion of the fridge, injuring six persons, including two in serious condition.

The injured were rushed to Mahmoudiya Public Hospital to receive treatment.
