An improvised explosive device (IED) had been detonated early on Monday in the 16 street in the capital Sana'a, according to Yemen's news agency "Saba".
The IED explosion has left one wounded man and gross damages in nearby houses, Director General of the Capital Police office Abdulrazzaq al-Moaid said.
On Sunday, four persons were killed in another (IED) exploded near the Guesthouse in Dhamar province.
The popular committees discovered the explosive device near the gate of the Guest House and tried to dismantle it, but it exploded. The blast also wounded 25 people.
