An explosive device went off at the entrance of Ain al Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp in South Lebanon, an official source said in a statement to MENA on Tuesday.

The bomb blast led to the injury of a number of people and the killing of a Fatah leader, the source added.

Lebanese security forces have sealed off the area, the source asserted.
