Former UN Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali condemned on Sunday the blatant terrorist attack that left 21 Egyptian border guards dead and five injured in New Valley.
Terror does not only threaten Egypt but the region as a whole, Ghali told MENA Sunday.
